All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for the return, and if possible, photos of any damage or defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for payment of your return shipping costs. If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receiving your return, your product will be inspected and you will be notified of your refund eligibility within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be posted to the original payment account within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is often a short processing time before a refund is visible in your account, if you do not see the funds posted within 7 business days, call your bank or credit card company.
